Meliora Cleaning Product subscriptions are completely flexible. You can skip a delivery, update your shipping address, cancel your subscription, or make lots of other adjustments to your subscription at any time.
We have created a how-to guide to show you how to access the many functionalities you get with your Meliora Cleaning Products subscription. The majority of these functions can be performed in your dedicated account area.
Create a SubscriptionTo create a subscription, simply visit any of our product pages* and:
- Choose “Subscribe & Save 10%”
- Select the Size and Scent options you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the appropriate menu.
- Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example every 2 months
- Click on Add to Cart
This will take you to your cart page, where you can review your order, continue shopping, or proceed to the secure checkout.
*NOTE: Subscriptions are not available for seasonal products.
*NOTE: You are not able to combine other discounts with subscription orders.
Create an Account
To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an account.
You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You only need to insert your email and create a password.
Alternatively, please follow the instructions below to create your account.
- Go to our account page. You can also access this page via the top navigation or hamburger menu on mobile.
- Click on the blue "create account" link
- Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
- Tick the box on the reCAPTCHA page and complete the captcha to confirm you’re not a robot (yeah, we know robots are notoriously messy and never actually buy cleaning products, but we still think this is necessary)
You will now be taken to your personal account area. This is where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.
You can change shipping dates, payment information, products you want to receive and much more.

Now you’re in your account area.
Here you will be able to perform all actions related to your account.
You have quick access to the main functionalities of the account at the center of the screen.

Order history: view your previous orders and subscriptions
Manage Your Subscriptions
You can manage all aspects related to your subscriptions by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" section of the Account area.
Open the subscription you want to manage by clicking on "View details". Here you can manage all aspects of your subscription.
Manage your subscription
You can modify any of the following areas of your subscription:
Delivery frequency: the intervals at which your orders will be sent to you. Select "Change Frequency" to adjust how many months you'd like between orders.
- Address and Shipping Information: where you would like to receive your order. You can either amend an existing address, add a brand new one, or select from a list or previously used addresses. You can also change how you'd like your order shipped. We default to the most cost-effective option, but if you can choose a different carrier if one is available in your area. If your subscription qualifies for free shipping, we always use the most cost-effective option (usually USPS).
- Payment Information: Change or modify your method of payment at any time.
Products in Your Subscription: View, Edit Quantity, or Swap Products in your subscription. You can swap between any product in the same category (Laundry, Home Cleaning, Bath & Body Soaps) at any time. Simply select "Swap Product", then pick a new item you'd like to get in your next shipment along with the shipping method.
- Manage Upcoming Orders: View, Edit Quantity, or Skip any upcoming subscription order. Stock up for family that'll be in town for the holidays. Or skip a shipment because you'll be busy hiking. The choice is yours.
- Discount Codes: If any discounts apply to your subscription, you'll see them here.
- Transaction History: View previous orders related to each subscription.
Cancel a subscription: If you no longer want to receive this product, click on "Cancel subscription".
NOTE: if you are subscribed to multiple products (Laundry Powder, Dish Soap, etc.) you will have to perform these actions for each of the products. This gives you flexibility in case you want, for example, to receive your order of Laundry Powder as usual and just want to skip a delivery of Dish Soap.
