Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event of a high volume of orders due to promotional events, it may take a couple extra days to process the large volume of orders.
Shipping is a significant expense, and we will not add any additional charges or fees to this. The shipping cost shown is the cost of delivering the order.
We only ship orders to the United States. If you live elsewhere, we encourage you to check our online store partners who may offer shipping to your country.
Free Shipping
We offer free domestic (the 50 US states) shipping above established order values. These free shipping thresholds are calculated:
- after any coupons/discount codes are applied, and
- before the addition of applicable taxes and shipping charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meliorameansbetter.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
The only carrier we utilize that ships to domestic PO boxes is the US Postal Service. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
