2025 brought many challenges: economic uncertainty, supply chain shortages, and the rapid growth of AI, to name a few. Many small and sustainable businesses struggled, closed, or sold out. Meanwhile, some conventional brands announced record profits and mass layoffs in a single breath.
In light of all this, we’re proud of what we accomplished! Here are a few highlights:
- We grew our team, started our first year of profit sharing, and became a Living Wage for US Certified employer
- We continued to grow our reach, and you can now find our products in over 500 stores nationwide
- We began tracking Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, which are emissions that occur within our supply chain
That’s on top of what we’ve already been doing: making better, safer, and more sustainable home cleaning and laundry products. Through all the challenges we face, we don’t cut corners, reformulate with cheaper ingredients, downgrade our packaging, or replace human jobs with artificial intelligence.

Our 2025 Sustainability Report is a deep dive into our performance as a company. It includes a review of our values, our product design, and the decisions we make about how to treat people and the planet. It also includes some of the numbers we use to measure our impact—plastic avoided, local sourcing, GHG emissions, and water waste avoided. These numbers help us better understand where we’re making an impact and where we can continue to improve.
